PS Designs was the best thing to happen to my wife and I on designing our home. This was our first home design that we ever had to do and Peggy was so easy to work with and went far beyond the call of duty to satisfy our needs. She even flew out to California to meet with us as it was much more convenient for us for her to come out here as my wife and I both have crazy work schedules. We wouldn't even think twice about referring Peggy of PSDesigns for designing a home.

When we selected a builder to do our new home, we were given Peggy Sampson’s name to do the design and draw up the plans. Well, Peggy had plenty to do for us as we were starting from scratch. With a visit to the building site and several meeting to find out just what we wanted in our home, she went to work on our plans.

After several preliminary plans with adjustments and modifications, we finally came up with the plans that we were after. Peggy worked with us very long and hard making changes and came up with excellent modifications. The plans were approved and construction was commenced. Most of this portion was done long distance via e-mail and it worked out very well. Peggy came back quite often to ensure that the construction met with the plans and to handle any snags. She was always available to answer questions or make suggestions, as numerous details crop up during construction.

We are very proud of our new home and how it all worked out to live in the home. All of our dealings with Peggy were very pleasant and she has become a good friend. We strongly endorse her as a home designer.
