We have now fully moved into
our home on Canyon Lake and are getting settled. Thank
you for designing such a special home for us. From
the moment we first saw photos & samples of your
work, we knew that you were the one to make our dream
home a reality. Throughout the design process, we
were impressed with your creativity & thoroughness.
There were many things that we would never have thought
of without your excellent advice. You knew all the
right questions to ask, and were able to create just
what we wanted from all of our little sketches, photos
& clippings saved up through the years. Where we were impractical in our ideas,
you were able to
make the concepts work while keeping our vision alive. You
were very flexible, sending drawings & comments by mail
and email when we couldn’t meet in person. And we appreciated
your being involved throughout the construction process whenever
we needed guidance.
We wish you the best in your future projects and are sure
your other clients will be as happy as we are. Thanks again

I am blessed to be professionally associated with you
for more than ten years and to have you as a friend!
When we were first introduced in the production home
business, your ability to work confidently and positively
with the harried big builder made a challenging process
flow smoothly, and deliver “product” on
a timely and detailed basis. That “product” is enjoyed
by literally thousands of people across Texas and other
cities across the country (including my family!).
When I sought to build my first personal custom home, the decision of designer was easy and immediate - Peggy Sampson. Seven years later, we still live in this home, enjoying it every day, as the form and function are truly perfect.
When I began Bear Creek Homes in 2004, there was absolutely no question as to who could provide unique, divers house plan designs that could set my company above the competition - P. S. Desisgns.
